With this announcement we want to explicitly state that Cyclone PC TM, Nano TM and Turbo TM flat emitters are designed, developed and manufactured only by A.A.S. Advanced Automation Systems Ltd in our factory in Cyprus. No other company has the right to produce, market or offer A.A.S. emitters or other emitters under the brand names Cyclone PC TM, Nano TM and Turbo TM since those brand names are trademarked by A.A.S.
It came to our attention that two companies, “DRTS SULAMA URUNLERI VE TEK. SAN. TIC. A.S.” hereafter referred as “DRTS” and “QINGDAO CO-DRIP IRRIGATION MACHINERY CO., LTD” hereafter referred as “CO-DRIP” are using our emitter images and the registered by A.A.S. product brand names in their websites in order to promote and market their products. A.A.S. is not associated in any way with those two companies and their products are not licensed by us in any way, or are authorized to use our product images and brand names.
Our Cyclone PC TM and Nano TM and Turbo TM emitters are of the highest quality, tested by the strictest independent institutes worldwide and achieved the highest ranking in terms of material quality and operation. The imitations from the companies mentioned above, are of inferior quality and their operation is not comparable to A.A.S. emitters.
We want to make clear that “DRTS” and “CO-DRIP” emitters are counterfeits of A.A.S. products and do not have the characteristics, or offer the functions and operation of our emitters in any way. Those companies use our product brand names and images, in order to benefit from A.A.S. brand name and brand value.
We will take all legal actions against them in order to protect our state of the art, high quality products and our brand reputation.
