Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Limassol.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

• Providing technical support.

• Communicating with customers.

• Driving sales.

• Evaluating the technical needs of customers and offer them customized solutions.

• Updating the commercial department regarding technical specifications.

• Preparing and sending financial-technical offers based on customer needs.

• Assessing market competition in related products and services.

• Delivering exceptional customer service and after sales support.

• Participating in exhibitions and conferences worldwide.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree

• Sales Engineering and Sales skills

• Technical Support and Communication skills

• Customer Service skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, while additional languages will be considered an asset.

• A postgraduate degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration or Marketing, is an additional asset.
