Plastic production has risen exponentially in the last decades and now amounts to some 400 million tons per year– a figure set to double by 2040.
Did you know?
Globally, an estimated 11 million tons of plastic waste leak into aquatic ecosystems each year.
More than 800 marine and coastal species are affected by this pollution through ingestion, entanglement, and other dangers.
Microplastics in the seas now outnumber stars in our galaxy.
The annual social and environmental cost of plastic pollution ranges between US$300 billion and US$600 billion.

We can all take an active role in reducing plastic waste.
At A.A.S. we only use recyclable raw materials for producing our emitters. Moreover, the packaging materials of our products are also fully recyclable. Finally, we have reduced the scrap, water and energy consumption of our production lines to the minimum.
