We proudly present the new Aquarius PC 24 l/h (6 g/h) online emitter, which was developed for precision irrigation needs on trees and landscape applications. Our R&D department has designed a Pressure Compensating (PC) emitter with exceptionally low Coefficient of manufacturing Variation (CV) of 2,3%. A very low CV translates to extremely high emission uniformity which leads to evenly discharged water from every emitter on the field.
The advanced welding procedure of Aquarius PC emitters eliminate the problem that online emitters eventually face, the water leakage between the body and the cover of the emitter. Aquarius PC is designed in a unique way, which enables the cover to form and at the same time weld around the edge of the body in a single process, by utilizing the most advanced ultrasonic welding technology. This process provides rigidity and durability along with excellent quality, making the emitter impossible to leak regardless of the climatic or pressure conditions.
The design of Aquarius PC emitter provides all the benefits of the large online emitters, in compact dimensions which make it the perfect choice in terms of value. Aquarius PC 24 l/h is available with a cap that serves two functions, the correct and targeted distribution of water which prevents wash out and the protection from insects on the field. Our online emitters can be installed on pipes with wall thickness from 35 mil up to 47 mil (0,9 mm - 1,2 mm) with the use of a 2,8 mm punch tool.
Aquarius PC 24 l/h emitters were tested by the Center for Irrigation Technology (CIT) in Fresno California for both flow rate accuracy and clogging performance with excellent results. More specifically, the emitter achieved an Emission Uniformity (EU) of 97% with a Uniformity Coefficient (CU) of 98%. The test for clogging performed by CIT, proved the exceptional design of the emitter with not a single emitter clogging.
