Our flat coiler is fully automatic and able to cope with the high-speed production of more than 350 meters per minute. This translates to a 3.000-meter coil production every approximately eight to nine minutes.
In order to avoid the time-consuming feeding process of empty bobbins, we have developed an automatic re-feeding system with a capacity of five coils. This function provides more than 40 minutes time to the production line operator, to re-feed the collier with empty bobbins.
