With our dedicated cooling unit, we achieve a uniform distribution of water with the ideal temperature, along the complete length of the cooling through. By incorporating many water inlets and outlets on critical positions, we achieve an ideal for the task, high circulation rate. This design provides an additional advantage, since it results to a reduced need of overall cooling length, saving both cost and valuable space on the production floor.
Just like the other parts of vacuum and cooling module, all parts of the cooling unit are manufactured from stainless steel, to ensure a rust free and long-lasting operation. Finally, the unit carries a fully adjustable mechanism, in order to achieve the perfect alignment, in the minimum possible time. All functions and operations are performed without any water leakage.
